No Longer Enough

You may think that healing is just about calming your nervous system. But what if I told you that’s no longer enough? ⚠️🧠 We are in the middle of a massive shift — one that’s exposing the limits of mindset work, somatics, coaching models, and even trauma-informed practices. πŸŒͺ️ The truth is: you can regulate your nervous system all day long — and still be stuck in the same cycles.
