When They Told You That This is Just The Way It Is
They told you it was too late. That healing had to take decades. That breaking generational cycles was “just the way it is.”
They told you to manage, to cope, to quiet your truth, to be “realistic” about your relationships, your voice, your wild desires.
But what if I told you…
The life you’re aching for?
The freedom, the clarity, the grounded YES in your bones?
It’s not only possible — it’s been waiting for you.
✨ I’ve seen women walk away from decades of people-pleasing and finally hear their own voice like a sacred sound.
✨ I’ve witnessed clients who thought they were “too broken” or “too much” unravel inherited trauma and find their power in the exact place they once felt shame.
✨ I’ve watched mothers, daughters, and partners unhook from trauma bonds — not by fighting, but by finally seeing the pattern, giving it back with love, and reclaiming themselves.
This isn’t magic — but it is sacred.
It’s the deep systemic, somatic, and soul-level work that unravels what’s not yours so you can remember what is.
🔥 Your inner knowing.
🔥 Your clean NO and holy YES.
🔥 Your ability to belong to yourself, without guilt.
🔥 Your clarity about why you stay stuck — and the permission to step out of it.
You were taught that this kind of healing was a mountain.
But what if it’s actually a door? 🚪
And all you need is someone who knows where the handle is hidden — because I’ve walked through it myself.
Your life is not meant to be a loop.
It’s meant to evolve, to breathe, to expand — and so are you. 🌹🌀

Breaking the Chains - - Unmasking the Truth of Trauma Bonds
ColliTalks: Breaking the Chains — Unmasking the Truth of Trauma Bonds
Welcome to ColliTalks: Transformative Conversations.
I’m your Creator, Director, Producer, and Host, Colli Christante — a seer of hidden patterns, intuitive guide, and systemic trauma practitioner devoted to helping you remember who you truly are beneath the noise, the roles, and the inherited pain.
In tonight’s solo episode, we’re breaking the chains — unmasking the truth of trauma bonds.
These are the invisible threads that keep us tangled in relationships that hurt, patterns that suffocate, and identities that aren’t truly ours.
They often feel like love… but are built on fear, survival, and unconscious loyalty 🧬.
Together, we’ll explore:
✨ How trauma bonds are formed — and why they’re so hard to leave
✨ The nervous system’s deep attachment to what’s familiar, even when it hurts
✨ The ancestral and systemic layers woven into these bonds
✨ And the path to unhooking from what’s been binding you — with compassion, clarity, and courage
This is a sacred unraveling — not to destroy what was, but to free what wants to emerge.
Because you were never meant to live in chains.
Let’s begin this journey — together.
Welcome to ColliTalks.

When You STOP Trying to Fix Yourself, You Start to Meet Yourself
Here’s something that sounds counterintuitive — but I’ve seen it crack people wide open in the best way…
When you’re stuck in self-sabotage, systemic patterns, or trauma loops, most of the world will tell you:
Push harder. Fix it. Do more healing. Say the affirmation. Think positive. Override the fear.
But I say the opposite.
I say: Pause. Soften. Listen.
Not to the story in your head — but to the voice underneath the silence.
Because what’s running the show isn’t just you — it’s generations of unspoken grief, hidden loyalties, and inherited patterns 🔁🧬.
When you stop trying to fix yourself, you start to meet yourself.
And that’s where the real healing happens.
Not by doing more… but by including what’s been exiled.
By honoring what your system has always been trying to protect 🛡️.
✨ So instead of fighting your resistance… get curious about it.
✨ Instead of overriding the fear… sit beside it like an old ancestor with a story to tell.
✨ Instead of striving to be better… recognize how hard your system has worked to keep you safe.
This work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about unraveling the why beneath what you’ve been repeating — so you can finally choose a new path 🕊️.
So no… I won’t push you to “just get over it.”
I’ll walk you back into the room where it first began — and help you retrieve the part of you still waiting to be seen 👁️🤍.

Your Language Becomes the Cage
“I don’t need that kind of work. My trauma’s not that bad.”
Ever heard that voice inside? The one that says:
“I’ve already moved on.”
“It wasn’t that big of a deal.”
“It happened so long ago.”
“Other people have it worse.”
Here’s the truth no one talks about:
Language becomes the cage.
The stories you repeat — “I’m fine,” “I’m over it,” “It made me stronger” —
aren’t just words.
They’re bars.
Reinforcements.
Rewind loops keeping you inside the same emotional container —
never fully free, just better at managing your pain.
Continuing to believe that your story doesn’t need to be explored because it wasn’t “bad enough”…
is exactly why you’re still exhausted from holding it all together.
Why joy feels fleeting.
Why deep intimacy keeps slipping through your fingers.
The work I do isn’t about reliving your past.
It’s about releasing the unconscious loyalties still driving your present.
It’s about unbinding you from the language that has kept your truth suppressed and your nervous system loyal to pain you never chose.
Systemic trauma isn’t always loud.
It shows up in quiet places:
🧬 In the pause before you speak your truth.
🧬 In the need to apologize for taking up space.
🧬 In the smile that hides the ache.
🧬 In the same sentence you’ve told yourself for years: “I’m fine. This is just how I am.”
But what if it isn’t?
What if you’re not meant to keep managing it…
But to finally release it — from your lineage, your body, your story?
You don’t need to be in crisis to choose freedom.
You just need to recognize when your own words have become a cage.
And if this stirs something inside you —
that something is your truth, ready to rise.

Liberating Your System
If you’ve tried to move forward by staying in your head… you were probably following a pattern that was never yours to begin with.
✨ You’ve done the reading.
✨ You’ve talked it through.
✨ You’ve journaled your heart out.
✨ You’ve tried to “understand” your way into change.
But understanding isn’t transformation.
And insight isn’t embodiment.
Most people don’t realize this:
The loop they’re stuck in isn’t because they’re doing something wrong —
It’s because their system is loyal to something unseen.
Something inherited.
Something unspoken.
Real change doesn’t happen in your head.
It happens when you return to the body.
To the places inside you that were silenced, excluded, or forgotten — not because you failed,
but because your system was protecting what no one else knew how to hold.
In my work — we don’t fix.
We reconnect.
We reorder the system.
We reclaim what has always belonged to you.
And when that happens…
You don’t just shift your life —
You shift the field for everyone who came before you
and everyone who will come after.
🕯️ You were never broken.
You were carrying too much, for too long, on behalf of too many.
It’s time to return what isn’t yours
and walk forward in the truth of who you really are.

The Ones Who Win Are the Ones Who Are Ready to Lose Who They Thought They Were
A key trait all my most powerful clients have is this:
They are willing to lose who they thought they were.
They’re not here for surface-level fixes.
They don’t want a shiny mindset shift, a nervous system hack, or a productivity high.
They want to go into the bones of the pattern — and listen.
They understand that the pain they carry is not just theirs.
It belongs to a lineage.
To the women who were silenced.
To the ones who carried what they weren’t allowed to speak of.
To the parts of themselves that were buried under roles, rules, religion, and survival.
✨ They don’t need convincing.
✨ They don’t need a “guarantee.”
✨ They feel the pull because they know there is something ancient asking to be seen through them.
And when we meet — in constellation, in field, in story, in somatic truth — they are willing to feel what was never felt.
Not because it’s easy.
But because it’s time.
They’re not asking, “How fast can I be healed?”
They’re asking, “How deep can I go into what’s real, so I don’t pass this on?”
They come to me when the old ways no longer work.
When the loop is loud.
When their body is whispering what their mind can no longer override.
And together, we do the work that sets not just them — but their entire bloodline — free.
Because the ones who find me…
Are ready to remember.

How I Freed Myself From a Toxic Relationship — and the 5 Steps That Made It Possible
How I Freed Myself From a Toxic Relationship — and the 5 Steps That Made It Possible
Years ago, I was entangled in a toxic relationship that was slowly eroding my soul.
On the outside, it looked “functional.”
On the inside, I was shrinking.
I stayed far longer than I should have — not because I didn’t know better, but because of what I couldn’t see:
Ancestral loyalty.
Systemic trauma.
The part of me that believed love meant abandonment of self.
This is how I found my way back — not just to safety, but to truth.
And it’s the same path I now guide clients through:
🪞 Step 1: I stopped trying to “fix” the relationship — and got honest about my entanglement.
I had to see that staying wasn’t just about fear — it was about loyalty to women in my lineage who also silenced themselves to survive.
Once I named that, everything started shifting.
🕯️ Step 2: I acknowledged the deeper trauma pattern.
Through Family Constellation work, I saw how my nervous system was replaying an old script:
“If I can just love them enough, I’ll finally be safe.”
That wasn’t love. That was survival.
🧬 Step 3: I worked with my body, not just my mind.
Through Specialized Kinesiology, yoga, I mapped the way my body was holding the betrayal, grief, and self-abandonment.
I didn’t talk my way out — I released it through my cells.
🐚 Step 4: I included the exiled parts of myself — the ones I had judged and left behind.
The part of me that stayed.
The part of me that raged.
The part of me that begged for breadcrumbs.
I brought them in, not out. And I wept.
🔥 Step 5: I re-chose my life.
Not as a performance.
Not to prove anything.
But as an act of devotion to the woman I truly am — and the work I came here to do.
That relationship didn’t define me.
But it did initiate me.
Why does this matter to you?
Because maybe you’re stuck in a loop that’s deeper than logic.
Because maybe your trauma isn’t just yours.
And because no amount of mindset work will free you from a soul-level bind.
The process I walked through is the same one I now guide others through in my practitioner training and 1:1 work:
💠 Systemic clarity
💠 Somatic release
💠 Soul reclamation
If this speaks to something buried inside you — I see you.
And I’m here to walk with you to the other side.
You don’t have to stay where it hurts.
You can choose something different.
And you don’t have to do it alone. 🕊️

✨ 5 Things You Must Have in Place to Truly Heal Systemically (And Not Just Manage Your Trauma) ✨
Let’s be honest — we are way past the era of surface-level healing.
You’ve done the breathwork, read the books, followed the somatic cues.
And yet… you’re still stuck in the same loop. 😔
That’s not because you're broken. It’s because you haven’t been taught the real keys to systemic transformation.
Here are the non-negotiables if you want to heal the root — not just regulate the symptom:
1. 🪢 Know Your Place in the Family System
Until you can see what (or who) you're unconsciously entangled with — you’ll keep playing out someone else's pain story.
🌑 Hidden loyalty is one of the biggest saboteurs of growth.
2. 🧬 Listen to the Body as Truth — Not Just as Symptom
Your body isn’t betraying you.
It’s speaking what your lineage couldn’t.
Through specialized kinesiology and somatic mapping, you can access what's buried — and finally release it.
📡 Your cells remember. And they want to be free.
3. 👻 Acknowledge the Unspoken & the Excluded
In every family system, there are ones who were left out, blamed, forgotten, or shamed.
Until they are seen and included, the field remains disordered — and that disorder shows up in your relationships, health, business, and inner peace.
🕊️ What isn’t included will be repeated.
4. 👁️ Stop Fixing Yourself — Start Seeing Yourself
Most people are chasing healing to escape their symptoms.
But real healing comes when you witness yourself with compassion, not urgency.
🪞 You don’t need fixing. You need remembering.
5. 🕯️ Work with a Guide Who Sees What You Can’t
You can’t muscle your way through inherited trauma.
You need someone trained in systemic trauma, somatic intelligence, and soul work who can walk beside you — without rescuing you.
🌿 Because this isn’t just about healing — it’s about liberation.
If you’re reading this and your soul is nodding…
I see you. I’ve been you.
And I walk people through this work every day. 💫
You don’t have to keep looping.
You don’t have to carry what isn’t yours.
There’s another way — and it begins with remembering who you really are.

No Longer Enough
You may think that healing is just about calming your nervous system.
But what if I told you that’s no longer enough? ⚠️🧠
We are in the middle of a massive shift — one that’s exposing the limits of mindset work, somatics, coaching models, and even trauma-informed practices. 🌪️
The truth is: you can regulate your nervous system all day long — and still be stuck in the same cycles.
Why?
Because what’s driving the pain isn’t just inside you.
It’s behind you. 🧬🕯️
Systemic trauma. Ancestral entanglement. Hidden loyalty.
We’re waking up to the fact that so much of what we’ve called “healing” is actually just rebranding survival. 😔🩹
We’re soothing symptoms without addressing the root.
We’re learning tools but staying loyal to pain that isn’t even ours.
We’re doing the inner work — but ignoring the family system we were shaped by. 🪢
Let me be clear:
The old paradigm — the one that says healing is just about breath, mindset, or managing your triggers — is dying. ⚰️
Because our souls are demanding more. 🔥
They’re asking us to stop gaslighting our own pain. 🚫
To stop making personal what is systemic. 🕸️
To stop blaming ourselves for being stuck when we’re actually entangled. 🪤
And this is where I come in.
I don’t just work with trauma.
I work with the unseen patterns that live in your lineage. 👁️
The unconscious loyalties that override your logic.
The soul agreements that have kept you playing small, staying silent, and living someone else’s story. 🤐
If you’re still looping, if healing feels like effort instead of relief — this is your invitation to go deeper. ⬇️
To stop patching up the surface.
And start healing at the root. 🌱
There’s a new way emerging — and it doesn’t bypass your story.
It honours it. 🕊️
It brings order to the chaos. ⚖️
And it sets you free. 🦋

What Your Body Knows - - What Your Lineage Holds
You and I both know that no amount of affirmations, breathwork, mindset rewiring, or trauma-informed language will truly set you free…
if you’re still unconsciously loyal to the people, patterns, or pain that shaped you. 💔🔁
That’s the truth too many in the healing space avoid — because it’s easier to focus on tools than to tell the deeper truth:
You can’t “fix” a nervous system or soul that’s still bound by invisible threads of generational loyalty and trauma. 🧬🧵
If you’ve read The Body Keeps the Score 📖 by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, or studied the work of Dr. Peter Levine 🐅, you already know:
“Traumatized people so often keep repeating the same problems and have such trouble learning from experience. We now know that their behaviours are not the result of moral failings or signs of lack of willpower or bad character — they are caused by actual changes in the brain.” 🧠⚡
I’ve trained with both of these pioneers. 🌀
And here’s what I’ve come to see in my own life and in my work with others:
The nervous system holds trauma —
But the family system holds the entanglement. 🫀👥
You can do all the “right” things — EMDR, coaching, somatic work, journaling, breathwork — and still feel like you’re trapped in the same cycle.
Not because you’re doing it wrong.
Because you’re still carrying something that didn’t begin with you. 🧳🧓👩🦰🧒
This is the elephant in the room 🐘:
Your system is loyal.
It will hold your mother’s heartbreak 💔, your father’s rage 🌪️, your grandmother’s silence 🤐 — all to keep you connected.
And until you see what you’ve been unconsciously loyal to, you’ll keep circling the same mountain, calling it healing. 🏔️🔄
My work?
It’s not about giving you more tools.
It’s about revealing the truth behind the trauma 🕯️— and helping you bring order where there’s been chaos.
When you do, your nervous system exhales. 😮💨
Your body remembers who it is. 🕊️
And you finally start living your own life — not the one you inherited. 🌱✨
P.S.
If your heart is pounding 💓 or your soul feels like it's been called forward — that's not fear. That’s recognition. 🫶
You’re not broken.
You’re entangled.
And you can be free. 🔓
This is the sacred, uncomfortable, life-giving work I walk people through.
If you're ready, I'm here.
Let’s begin. 🌿🔥

Trying to Think Your Way Out of Your Pain?
If you’ve been trying to "think your way out" of the pain, patterns, or self-sabotage that keeps showing up in your life — and still feel stuck — you’re not alone.
There’s a common bandaid being handed out in the personal development world:
“Just shift your mindset. Think positively. Say the affirmations. Push through.” 💪✨
And while mindset work can be supportive, here’s the deeper truth no one wants to say out loud:
You can’t override ancestral patterns and systemic trauma with a good attitude. ❌🧠🚫
You inherited more than just your eye color or body type — you inherited your survival strategies, belief systems, and even your silence. 🧬👁️🤫
Most women I work with have been conditioned to cope by shrinking, pleasing, disappearing, or over-performing — just to belong, be loved, or stay safe. 🤍👣
They’ve tried all the usual self-help strategies, and still feel broken or disconnected. Why? Because they’re tending to the symptoms, not the source. 🩹➡️🌪️
The real work isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you were before you gave up your truth to survive. 🔥🕊️
That’s the work I do.
We don’t just talk about the pain — we track it to where it began.
We honor what was inherited. We include what was excluded.
We bring the unseen into the light so it no longer controls you. 🪞🌿🕯️
When you stop trying to “fix” the limited version of yourself and start transforming the wound where that version was born — that’s when everything changes. 🌹🌀
If that truth stirs something in you… you’re ready. 🤍🌑🌞

A Little Tool Can Go A Long Way
Use This Reframe the Next Time You Feel Like You're "Sabotaging" Yourself
The next time you catch yourself procrastinating, pulling back, avoiding the thing you say you want…
Pause.
Before you label it as “self-sabotage” — ask yourself this:
“What part of me believes it’s not safe to move forward?”
This one question shifts everything.
Because most of the time, what we call sabotage is actually a survival strategy that was wired in long ago.
Maybe it was safer to be small than to be seen.
Maybe being visible meant being judged — or rejected.
Maybe success would have made you different from your family, and connection mattered more than achievement.
Maybe “doing nothing” is how you protected yourself from failing… or from outshining someone you love.
The key isn’t to shame it.
It’s to get curious about it.
🌀 What was this pattern protecting you from?
🌀 Whose voice do you hear when you hesitate?
🌀 What might finally be possible if you could meet that scared part of you with compassion instead of criticism?
This is the work I guide my clients through — gently, deeply, and systemically.
Because healing doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from understanding what your system has been trying to do all along… and then choosing a new way with love.
Try this reframe.
And watch how your relationship to “self-sabotage” begins to shift.
Monday, June 16, 2025
What If It's Not Self - Sabotage?
What If It’s Not Self-Sabotage? 🤔🌀
So many of the women I work with come to me saying:
“I just need to stop sabotaging myself.”
“I know what I should do… but I never follow through.”
“I always shrink when I’m about to rise.” 💔🌱
And while it looks like sabotage on the surface —
missing the deadline, ghosting the opportunity, dimming the light —
what’s actually happening is something far deeper… and far older.
This isn’t laziness.
This isn’t lack of willpower.
This isn’t a mindset issue. 🚫🧠
This is loyalty.
Loyalty to the unspoken rules of your family system.
Loyalty to the women who weren’t allowed to speak, rise, rest, shine, or succeed. 👩👧👦🕯️
Loyalty to what kept you safe as a little girl in a world that didn’t feel safe. 🧸🛡️
And unless that loyalty is seen, acknowledged, and released,
it will continue to override your highest intentions.
Because your nervous system isn’t confused — it’s protecting you. 🧬💫
This is the work I do:
Untangling the roots.
Honouring what was.
Liberating what wants to become. 🌿🕊️
So if you’ve been beating yourself up for “getting in your own way” —
take a breath, and ask yourself this:
Who (or what) might I still be loyal to? 🤲❓
You’re not failing.
You’re protecting something that once kept you safe.
But there comes a time when the survival story has to give way to a new one. 📖🔥
One where you get to rise — with your whole self intact. 🌹✨

What Did You Tuck Away to Be Loved?
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned that being fully ourselves was… dangerous.
Too loud.
Too sensitive.
Too wild.
Too soft.
Too much.
So we tucked parts of ourselves away.
To be accepted.
To be loved.
To belong.
Not because we were weak — but because we were wise. We adapted. We survived. We stayed connected in the only way we knew how.
But here’s the thing no one tells you:
The parts of you that got pushed down are not gone.
They’re waiting.
Not to be shamed or fixed — but to be welcomed back.
This is the sacred work I do with women:
Uncovering what’s been buried.
Reclaiming the truth.
And becoming whole again — not in spite of the past, but because of it.
So I’ll ask you this…
When did you first learn that being fully yourself came with a cost — and what parts of you did you quietly tuck away to stay safe or loved?
(You can share below or reflect privately. Either way, something begins to shift the moment we acknowledge what’s been hidden.)
You don’t have to keep carrying what’s not yours.
You don’t have to keep living in fragments.
It’s time to return to yourself — fully, fiercely, and with reverence.

Healing Isn't A Spa Day. It's Gardening
Healing isn’t a Spa Day. It’s Gardening.
So many people come to healing work expecting it to feel like a spa day — relaxing, soothing, and serene.
But the kind of transformation I guide clients through?
It’s not a spa day.
It’s gardening.
And not the glossy kind you see in lifestyle magazines. I’m talking about the gritty, knees-in-the-dirt kind of gardening. Where you sweat. Where you dig deep. Where your hands come up full of roots that have been choking the life out of your soil for generations.
You don’t just plant pretty seeds and hope.
You clear.
You compost.
You unearth the invasive roots that keep growing back no matter how beautiful the surface looks.
That’s how self-sabotage works.
That’s how ancestral patterns work.
They live beneath the surface. And if you don’t go down and get your hands in it, they keep stealing your light, your energy, your dreams.
But here’s the thing no one tells you:
Once the soil is cleared, your garden becomes sacred ground.
Things grow there that never had the chance before.
Joy. Voice. Boundaries. Love. Worth. Soul work.
You learn how to tend your inner world with reverence — not perfection.
And the harvest is yours. Not borrowed. Not performed. Yours.
So if your healing hasn’t “felt good” lately… maybe it’s not supposed to.
Maybe you’re just finally doing the real work.
Knees in the dirt. Soul in the game.
And my friend — that’s holy. 🌿

Let's Talk About What No One's Naming
Let’s Talk About What No One’s Naming. 🕯️
There’s something happening in the healing, coaching, and self-development world that’s quietly causing more harm than good — and most people don’t even realize it.
It’s the normalization of surface-level healing packaged as transformation.
Quick fixes. Pretty language. ✨ Tools and techniques that dance around the edges of deep wounding without ever touching the root. Programs that promise empowerment while bypassing the very systems, family dynamics, and trauma imprints that keep people looping in pain.
And it’s everywhere.
People are being sold frameworks for success, wholeness, and clarity without ever being taught how to listen to their bodies 🧠💔, attune to their nervous systems 🌀, or understand the silent family loyalties that keep sabotaging their growth.
This isn’t just ineffective — it’s retraumatizing.
When someone is taught to manifest their dream life or visualize their ideal self while still carrying inherited burdens, unprocessed grief, and unconscious patterns… they don’t just “fail” to succeed.
They often internalize that failure as a personal flaw, reinforcing the very shame they came to heal.
This is why I do what I do the way I do it. 💫
I don’t offer surface solutions.
I walk with people into the layers that most don’t want to touch — the unseen dynamics, the systemic entanglements, the deep roots of self-sabotage, ancestral wounding, and the parts of the soul that got left behind in the name of belonging. 🌿🧬
Because the truth is: you can’t mindset your way out of a nervous system that doesn’t feel safe.
You can’t build sustainable change on top of unresolved trauma.
And you can’t fully step into your purpose when you’re unconsciously carrying the pain, fear, or silence of those who came before you. 🕊️
What I offer isn’t quick.
It’s not trendy.
It’s sacred. ✨
And it works — because it honors the whole human, not just the parts that look good on paper.
So if you’ve been doing “all the right things” and still feel like something invisible is holding you back — it’s not you.
It’s the system you were handed.
And together, we can untangle it. 🤍

Soft Power. Sharp Truth.Whole Life
There came a point in my business when I could no longer lead from the same part of me that had once survived.
She—the one who had built offerings from necessity, who moved from urgency, who shaped her value through the lens of what others needed—was wise and resourceful.
But she was not the one meant to take me into the next chapter. 🌙
The pivotal shift was this:
I stopped building from pressure and started creating from essence. ✨
I let go of forcing, fixing, and fawning—both in my own system and in the way I supported my clients.
And I finally owned the truth that I am not here to help you bypass pain or become more productive.
I am here to help you return to yourself. 🕊️
This shift required me to burn away the parts of my business that were built on co-dependence, overgiving, and staying small to be loved. I used to teach systems for managing sabotage. Now I teach people how to listen to it. I used to focus on rewiring behavior. Now I guide you to the root, where the wound first whispered, “If I stay small, I will belong.”
The biggest implementation I made?
I built an entire body of work around the soul’s quiet longing to be free—from generational patterns, from the illusion of control, and from the unconscious contracts that keep us looped in cycles that are not ours to carry. 🔥
And the results? Deeper. Truer. More embodied. Clients aren’t just “feeling better”—they’re reclaiming their voice, their agency, their truth. They’re stepping out of family systems that kept them silent and into lives that reflect who they really are. 💫
If you're in the place I once was—overworking, people-pleasing, pushing to make it all happen—maybe you feel the ache, too.
That holy tug toward something softer but more powerful.
That whisper: There is another way. 🌿
And I’m here to walk it with you. 🤍

The Guiding Light Behind My Work
The Guiding Light Behind My Work ✨
There’s a quiet vow I made early on that shapes every choice I make in my business — a vow to never chase the dizzying heights of scaling a massive empire or wearing the CEO crown 👑. Instead, I choose to keep my work intimate, grounded, and deeply aligned with my soul’s values 🌿.
In a world obsessed with “more,” “bigger,” and “faster,” I stand firmly in the belief that true transformation blooms in space — space to breathe, to feel, to grow without pressure 🌬️🌱. I’m here to honor the sacredness of your journey, not to rush it or fit it into a one-size-fits-all mold.
This way of being might not click with everyone — and that’s the magic ✨. Because if you’re someone who feels called to slow down, to honor your truth, and to build something meaningful that’s about depth not just scale, then we’re already speaking the same language 💬💖.
When you work with me, you’re not just getting a coach or a guide — you’re stepping into a container where your story matters, your wounds hold gifts, and your transformation is treated like the sacred unfolding it truly is 🌸🦋.
This is my promise: to hold space for your truth, to move with integrity, and to remind you that sometimes, the smallest steps carry the greatest power 🌟.

You Can't Heal What Isn't Yours Until You SEE That it Isn't yours
🌿 Popular Belief:
“You just need to do more healing work to finally feel free.”
🔥 My Truth?
Healing work without systemic inclusion is just another loop.
We’ve been sold this idea that if we journal more, meditate more, cry more, process more — we’ll finally get to the root of why we sabotage, shut down, or feel stuck.
But here’s the thing no one wants to say:
🧬 You can’t heal what isn’t yours until you SEE that it isn’t yours.
Most people are running trauma loops they inherited.
They’re holding grief that belongs to a grandmother they never met.
They’re abandoning themselves over and over — not because they’re “not healed,”
but because they’re loyal to an unspoken family contract that says:
✨ “Stay small so others don’t feel left behind.”
✨ “Don’t want too much — they couldn’t have it, so you shouldn’t either.”
✨ “Don’t shine. You’ll make someone uncomfortable.”
I once worked with a woman who had done years of mindset coaching, therapy, and somatic work. She could quote every healing modality out there.
But her business still wouldn’t grow.
Her relationships still collapsed at the same point.
And her body still held constant, low-grade panic.
In one constellation session, we uncovered that she had unconsciously taken the place of a sibling who was stillborn — never spoken about, but energetically present. She had been living her entire life trying to make up for a space that was never acknowledged. And her nervous system? It was holding the grief of a mother who never got to mourn.
✨ One session, and she wept with recognition:
“It was never mine.”
And from that moment on - - her healing started to actually hold.
🌱 So no…
You don’t need another layer of inner child work.
You don’t need to “get over” your sabotage.
You don’t need to push harder on your mindset.
You need to include what’s been excluded.
You need to see the system you were born into — and gently unhook from the stories that never belonged to you.
Self-healing is sacred.
But systemic liberation is foundational.
This is the work I do.
This is the work that sticks.
Let’s stop circling and start unbinding. 🌀

The Power of Inclusion vs Exclusion
🎙️ Podcast Episode Intro:
Welcome back to ColliTalks: Transformational Conversations, where we explore the invisible threads that shape our lives — and the sacred process of unweaving what no longer serves.
I’m your host, Colli Christante — systemic trauma specialist, family constellation facilitator, self-sabotage coach, and a woman deeply devoted to guiding others back to their soul.
Today’s episode is deeply personal.
It begins with a quiet moment.
A little boy — my 3-year-old grandson — standing in front of a wall of framed family photos…
And realizing he wasn’t in any of them.
He didn’t say a word.
But his body spoke volumes.
That moment — raw, innocent, and incredibly revealing — became the spark for today’s conversation on inclusion in Family Constellation work.
In this episode, we’re diving into what happens when someone is left out of a family system…
What it creates.
What it costs.
And how the simple act of acknowledging, seeing, and including what’s been forgotten or excluded…
can create ripple effects of healing through generations.
If you’ve ever felt invisible, or like something’s been missing that you can’t quite name —
This episode is for you.
Let’s begin.

One Small Step ...
You’ve always shown up with your whole heart.
Even when no one saw the effort it took.
Even when your own heart was breaking quietly in the background.
You stayed.
You held space.
You carried more than was yours to carry — because that’s who you are.
I see you.
And I know the storms haven’t been gentle.
But somehow, you’re still standing — not hardened, but wide open.
That’s not weakness. That’s wisdom.
In the quiet moments, when doubt creeps in…
Please don’t forget your power.
You’ve walked through fire — and you’re still here with a heart that can feel.
That means something.
Maybe it’s time now —
to make room for what feels true.
To give yourself permission to want peace.
To let joy feel safe in your body again.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
But you do get to take one small step toward the life that’s calling you.
I’ll be here, holding the field,
when you're ready to come home to yourself. 🕊️

A Gentle Reminder for Your Heart Today
🌿 A gentle reminder for your heart today…
Give yourself extra grace right now.
You’ve been carrying a lot — seen and unseen — and still, you rise.
Even on the days when holding it all together feels impossible…
You are still whole. Still worthy. Still enough.
💫 Take a breath.
You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to not know.
You’re allowed to feel it all — without rushing to fix it.
These tender, in-between moments?
They hold medicine.
They deepen your awareness, stretch your compassion, and soften the edges where new life wants to grow.
✨ So let yourself dream again.
✨ Let yourself feel excited about what’s next — even if you don’t have the map.
✨ Let yourself be loved by your future, not just your past.
The next step will come —
With more clarity. More light. More of you.
And when it does, you’ll meet it with a heart that’s more open, more trusting…
More free.
You’re doing beautifully.
Even now.
Especially now. 💛

Tired of Disappearing From Your Own Life?
💔 There was a time I didn’t know what was wrong… only that I kept disappearing from my own life.
Not all at once.
Just little pieces at a time.
Every time I swallowed my truth to keep the peace.
Every time I put someone else’s comfort above my own clarity.
Every time I chose silence over rejection.
Every time I called it “self-sabotage” but had no idea why I kept circling the same pain.
I thought I was broken.
Too much.
Not enough.
Too emotional.
Too sensitive.
Not "healed" enough.
But I wasn’t broken.
I was loyal.
Loyal to women in my family who never got to be free.
Loyal to my mother, who gave up her voice to stay safe.
Loyal to my auntie, who held me like a mother when mine couldn’t.
Loyal to the unspoken agreements passed through generations — don’t outshine, don’t leave, don’t want too much.
And if I’m being really honest…
💔 I was loyal to men who never truly saw me.
Men I thought I could rescue.
Men who were emotionally unavailable, narcissistic, or only approved of me when I abandoned myself.
No more ambulance chasing.
No more bending backwards for love that only wanted me silent.
No more performing for approval.
🕊️ And once I saw it for what it was — not weakness, but inherited survival — everything changed.
This is what I’ve learned:
You’re not stuck because you’re lazy.
You’re not sabotaging because you’re stupid.
You’re not afraid because you lack courage.
You’re carrying a contract you never signed.
And that’s where the real work begins.
Not in “fixing” yourself.
But in unhooking — with reverence — from the stories that never belonged to you.
🌿 This is the work I do now.
I guide women through the unseen.
Through the systems, loyalties, and survival strategies that have shaped their lives without their permission.
I help them name what’s never been spoken.
Include what’s been left out.
And return to the woman beneath the wound.
I created my upcoming experience — UNBOUND — for the ones who feel this ache… even if they don’t have the words for it yet.
For the woman who keeps circling the same patterns.
For the woman who has done all the healing but still feels heavy.
For the woman whose freedom feels just out of reach, no matter how hard she tries.
💌 If you’re reading this and your chest feels tight… if you’ve had a lump in your throat the whole time… if you’re thinking “how does she know?”
It’s because I do know.
I’ve lived it.
I’ve carried it.
And I’ve learned how to put it down — and walk forward, finally free.
You don’t need more tools. You need to be witnessed. Included. Unbound.
🌀 DM me “UNBOUND” if you’re ready for what comes next.
Or drop a 🌿 below and I’ll reach out quietly.
I’ll be here.
When you’re ready to remember yourself.

Here's the Biggest Struggle I See Among Powerful, Self - Aware Women
💥 Here’s the biggest struggle I see among powerful, self-aware women…
They’ve done all the right things — therapy, breathwork, journaling, boundaries, somatics, forgiveness letters, vision boards…
✨ And yet, they still find themselves looping old patterns.
Shutting down in love.
Sabotaging just as something good begins.
Overgiving. Undercharging. Disappearing.
Feeling like something unseen is pulling their strings from beneath the surface.
And the worst part?
They blame themselves for it.
For not being further along. For still “being stuck.” For not trying hard enough.
🌪️ But here’s what’s really going on:
They’re not stuck.
They’re entangled.
With someone in their family system.
With an unspoken contract.
With an inherited survival identity — the fixer, the invisible one, the good daughter, the strong one.
They’re still carrying a burden that was never theirs to begin with.
And until that’s seen, nothing truly changes — because the sabotage isn’t random, it’s loyalty.
🚫 What they think they need to do:
Push harder
Try a new method
Fix their mindset
Cut cords
"Be more consistent"
But none of that works when you’re trying to evolve while still protecting the past.
🌀 What they actually need:
To uncover and release the unconscious contracts they’ve been keeping with their family system.
To stop trying to fix themselves and finally see the root dynamic that’s been holding their power hostage.
To do the work that’s less about “doing” — and more about releasing, including, witnessing, and reclaiming.
That’s what I do inside my constellation and liberation work.
And that’s what we’ll be doing inside UNBOUND — launching this fall.
Because freedom isn’t about forcing forward.
It’s about finally letting go — with reverence.

Unbound is coming in the Fall
🌕 1: “Being able to move forward is simply a process of…”
Being able to finally move forward in your life, relationships, or purpose is simply a process of breaking the unconscious loyalty that’s been keeping you anchored to someone else’s story.
Most of my clients don’t come to me saying “I have ancestral trauma.”
They come saying:
“Why do I keep attracting the same kind of relationship?”
“Why can’t I show up for myself when I know better?”
“Why do I shrink or sabotage every time something good comes in?”
What they don’t realize is:
It’s not about willpower.
It’s about unspoken contracts with people in their lineage who never got free.
✨ Until that loyalty is seen and released with love…
The pattern will repeat — no matter how much healing, mindset, or effort you throw at it.
🌑 2: “For the longest time, I thought my pain was caused by…”
For the longest time, I thought my pain was caused by my own limitations.
But what I discovered in constellation after constellation is this:
I was carrying pain that never belonged to me.
My overgiving? My stuckness? My shame?
They were echoes of women before me — silent ones.
Mothers, aunties, grandmothers who weren’t allowed to want, to speak, or to leave.
And because I loved them… I stayed small for them.
💥 When I finally saw the system… I stopped fighting myself.
I stopped fixing what wasn’t mine.
And I started reclaiming who I actually am.
That’s the kind of freedom I now offer my clients.
Not just mindset shifts — but soul retrieval.
🌘 3: “What you think you need vs. what you actually need”
What you think you need to finally change your life:
👉 Another course
👉 More motivation
👉 A better plan
👉 To just stop sabotaging
What you actually need:
🌀 To identify the root loyalty that’s been pulling your choices from behind the scenes.
🌀 To unhook from inherited roles like the fixer, the invisible one, the one-who-carries-their-pain.
🌀 To stop cutting cords… and start including what’s been excluded.
Success isn’t about effort.
It’s about liberation.
And once that happens — everything moves.
Optional CTA for each:
✨ If this stirred something in you, I invite you to DM me “UNBOUND.”
I’m building a powerful experience for women ready to break these cycles — and come home to themselves for good. Fall enrollment is coming. 🍂

It's Not You - - It's the System You Inherited
🔥 It’s Not You — It’s the System You Inherited
A few truths you need to hear if you keep calling yourself “the problem”...
🧬 “You’re not procrastinating — you’re protecting a version of your family that didn’t get the life you’re now creating.”
🌿 “Self-sabotage is never random — it’s a love letter to someone in your lineage who never got free.”
⚡ “Your nervous system isn’t resisting success — it’s resisting betrayal of the system that taught you small was safe.”
💔 “You’re not afraid to rise — you’re afraid of who you might lose when you do.”
🕊️ “Healing doesn’t mean cutting cords — it means acknowledging the pain, including the excluded, and finally taking your rightful place.”
🔥 “You’re not failing — you’re unconsciously staying loyal to the suffering that came before you.”
✨ You’re not broken. You’re entangled.
And it’s time to come back to you.

You Cannot Compete With Your Younger Self
🎙️ Podcast Intro: “You Cannot Compete With Your Younger Self”
with Professor Irmgard Rosa Maria Rauscher
👑🌸🌙🔥🌀
Welcome back to ColliTalks: Transformational Conversations.
I’m your host, Colli Christante — creator, producer, and guide of this sacred space where we reclaim truth, dismantle the inherited, and walk each other back to soul. 💫
Today’s episode is not just meaningful — it’s personal.
I have the honor of sitting down with one of my most cherished teachers and mentors, Professor Irmgard Rosa Maria Rauscher.
🌹✨ I had the privilege of training under her guidance, and her work has deeply influenced not only my own healing — but the very foundation of what I now bring to others.
For over 28 years, Irmgard has facilitated systemic constellation work, trained directly by Bert Hellinger, and is the creator of Yoni Constellations — a groundbreaking modality that explores femininity, sexuality, ancestral lineage, and the sacred return of the goddess within. 🧬🕊️🌺
She is a woman of profound presence —
a keeper of ancestral wisdom,
a voice for soul-level truth,
and a fierce guide for women rising through the phases of life.
✨ Today, we begin our new series:
“You Cannot Compete With Your Younger Self.”
This is a call back to your body.
A return to your essence.
A remembering of who you’ve always been — beyond beauty myths, aging shame, and survival identities. 🌙🔥
Together, we journey through the sacred phases of womanhood —
from maiden to mother, through the alchemy of perimenopause, the fire of menopause, and the sovereign bloom of post-menopause. 🌿👑🌀
This conversation is for every woman who has ever felt herself shifting, softening, unraveling — and wondered, “Who am I becoming?”
💗 The answer: The goddess who no longer plays by old rules.
Irmgard’s wisdom is soul medicine.
And I’m so honored to share her voice with you — and even more honored to call her my teacher. 🕊️🌹
Let’s begin.
