The Hidden Habit That Keeps You Powerless (Even if You Think You Are Healing)

If you’ve tried to reclaim your voice, speak your truth, or finally put yourself first — and still find yourself stuck in the same loops — you were probably making this common mistake without realizing it: Over-intellectualizing your healing instead of embodying your truth. So many women I work with have read the books, taken the courses, listened to the podcasts. They “know” the patterns — narcissistic abuse, trauma bonds, codependency, people-pleasing… you name it. But they’re still whispering when they want to roar. They’re still over-explaining when their body says “no.” They’re still asking for permission — from men, systems, or internalized beliefs — instead of remembering who the hell they are. This habit of staying in the mind — analyzing, consuming, staying busy in survival — keeps you out of your body, out of your intuition, and out of your power. And that’s exactly where the sabotage lives. If you want to liberate your truth — not just talk about it — you have to go deeper. You have to work with the hidden loyalties, the ancestral entanglements, and the frozen parts of your nervous system that still believe you have to be small to be safe. This is the soul work I guide my clients through. Not surface healing. Not symptom-managing. But full-body, lineage-deep liberation. If you’re ready to stop repeating the cycle and start remembering the woman you were before you were taught to disappear… I’ve got you.
