✨ Here’s Exactly What I Would Do If I Wanted to Stop Self-Sabotaging and Start Feeling Safe in My Own Life Again
✨ Here’s Exactly What I Would Do If I Wanted to Stop Self-Sabotaging and Start Feeling Safe in My Own Life Again
Let’s be real — most people don’t even realize they’re self-sabotaging.
They call it procrastination. Or perfectionism. Or burnout.
They blame their schedule, their partner, their hormones, or their mindset.
But here’s the truth:
👉🏽 Self-sabotage is often just loyalty to an old survival system that once kept you safe.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not broken.
You’re entangled.
So if I wanted to stop repeating the same painful patterns and start building a life that actually felt like mine — here’s exactly what I’d do:
🌀 Step 1: I’d stop trying to fix myself — and start getting curious about who I’m being loyal to.
Because behind every sabotaging pattern is a silent agreement with a parent, a culture, a system, or a story I didn’t choose — but still live by.
🌿 Step 2: I’d map the emotional inheritance.
This is where I’d use family constellations to see what I couldn’t see before:
Who was excluded?
What truth was never spoken?
What role did I step into as a child to keep love close?
🧬 Step 3: I’d work with my nervous system, not against it.
I’d stop pushing for breakthroughs from a state of burnout.
I’d create safety before I create strategy.
Because the body will never let you become someone it doesn’t feel safe being.
🔥 Step 4: I’d bring the unconscious into the light — and break the invisible contract.
I’d identify the outdated belief that says:
“If I succeed, I betray someone.”
“If I speak up, I’ll be abandoned.”
“If I’m seen, I’ll be attacked.”
And I’d release that bind — gently, somatically, and systemically.
🌺 Step 5: I’d start choosing from the version of me who already feels free — not the one who’s still proving her worth.
And from there, everything shifts:
Relationships.
Work.
Self-trust.
Peace.
✨ This is exactly the kind of deep, liberating work I walk my clients through.
Because you don’t need more hustle, more mindset hacks, or another strategy.
You need to feel safe being fully you — for the first time in your life.
💌 If you’re ready for that kind of transformation — the kind that doesn’t just change your life, but your lineage —
