The Three Archetypes of Women I Work With (And Which One Might Be You?)

🔮 The Three Archetypes of Women I Work With (And Which One Might Be You?) In my years of guiding women through systemic trauma, self-sabotage, and sacred reclamation, I’ve noticed clear archetypes emerge. These aren't labels — they’re living energies. And when you recognize yours, you stop fighting yourself… and begin reclaiming your power. Here are the three I see most often in my work: 1. The Shape-Shifter She learned early on how to become what others needed — to be liked, to belong, to survive. She blends in, shrinks down, and silences her truth to avoid conflict or rejection. She’s the good daughter, the spiritual seeker, the woman who can feel everything but rarely speaks what’s real. But inside? She’s tired of disappearing. 🌀 Her AHA: Realizing that her silence is not peace — it’s suppression. That belonging at the cost of self is not belonging at all. 🌹 What shifts in our work: She reconnects with her voice, stops apologizing for her truth, and begins to take up space in her own life — unapologetically. 2. The Fire Holder She’s strong, fierce, capable — the one everyone else turns to. She’s built a life, a business, or a career… but under it all is a rage she doesn’t understand and a fatigue she can’t shake. She’s holding ancestral grief and carrying the emotional weight of generations. She’s burned out from being the one who always holds it all. 🌀 Her AHA: Realizing her “power” was built on survival, not sovereignty. That her strength has become a shield, not a truth. 🌹 What shifts in our work: She learns to put it down — the patterns, the burdens, the grief. She rests. She softens. And she steps into true leadership: sourced from within, not from performance. 3. The Truth Keeper She knows. She’s intuitive, mystical, often the black sheep or cycle breaker. She sees the patterns, feels the energy, and knows something deeper is calling — but she’s stuck in sabotage, fear, or old trauma loops that pull her back just when she’s ready to rise. 🌀 Her AHA: Understanding that knowing isn’t enough — healing lives in the body, the family field, and the truth we haven’t yet spoken. 🌹 What shifts in our work: She learns how to land her knowing — to anchor it in action, embodiment, and liberation. She stops leaking energy and starts living the truth she came here to hold. Each of these archetypes holds deep wisdom — and none of them are broken. They are women who are ready. Ready to stop spinning. Ready to name what’s been hidden. Ready to reclaim their truth, energy, and ancestral power. If you see yourself in one of these, this is your invitation. Let’s uncover the hidden loyalties, break the contracts that no longer serve, and bring you back to yourself — the you that never left.
