When They Told You That This is Just The Way It Is

They told you it was too late. That healing had to take decades. That breaking generational cycles was “just the way it is.” They told you to manage, to cope, to quiet your truth, to be “realistic” about your relationships, your voice, your wild desires. But what if I told you… The life you’re aching for? The freedom, the clarity, the grounded YES in your bones? It’s not only possible — it’s been waiting for you. ✨ I’ve seen women walk away from decades of people-pleasing and finally hear their own voice like a sacred sound. ✨ I’ve witnessed clients who thought they were “too broken” or “too much” unravel inherited trauma and find their power in the exact place they once felt shame. ✨ I’ve watched mothers, daughters, and partners unhook from trauma bonds — not by fighting, but by finally seeing the pattern, giving it back with love, and reclaiming themselves. This isn’t magic — but it is sacred. It’s the deep systemic, somatic, and soul-level work that unravels what’s not yours so you can remember what is. πŸ”₯ Your inner knowing. πŸ”₯ Your clean NO and holy YES. πŸ”₯ Your ability to belong to yourself, without guilt. πŸ”₯ Your clarity about why you stay stuck — and the permission to step out of it. You were taught that this kind of healing was a mountain. But what if it’s actually a door? πŸšͺ And all you need is someone who knows where the handle is hidden — because I’ve walked through it myself. Your life is not meant to be a loop. It’s meant to evolve, to breathe, to expand — and so are you. πŸŒΉπŸŒ€

When You STOP Trying to Fix Yourself, You Start to Meet Yourself

Here’s something that sounds counterintuitive — but I’ve seen it crack people wide open in the best way… When you’re stuck in self-sabotage, systemic patterns, or trauma loops, most of the world will tell you: Push harder. Fix it. Do more healing. Say the affirmation. Think positive. Override the fear. But I say the opposite. I say: Pause. Soften. Listen. Not to the story in your head — but to the voice underneath the silence. Because what’s running the show isn’t just you — it’s generations of unspoken grief, hidden loyalties, and inherited patterns πŸ”πŸ§¬. When you stop trying to fix yourself, you start to meet yourself. And that’s where the real healing happens. Not by doing more… but by including what’s been exiled. By honoring what your system has always been trying to protect πŸ›‘️. ✨ So instead of fighting your resistance… get curious about it. ✨ Instead of overriding the fear… sit beside it like an old ancestor with a story to tell. ✨ Instead of striving to be better… recognize how hard your system has worked to keep you safe. This work isn’t about doing more. It’s about unraveling the why beneath what you’ve been repeating — so you can finally choose a new path πŸ•Š️. So no… I won’t push you to “just get over it.” I’ll walk you back into the room where it first began — and help you retrieve the part of you still waiting to be seen πŸ‘️🀍. Your Language Becomes the Cage

“I don’t need that kind of work. My trauma’s not that bad.” Ever heard that voice inside? The one that says: “I’ve already moved on.” “It wasn’t that big of a deal.” “It happened so long ago.” “Other people have it worse.” Here’s the truth no one talks about: Language becomes the cage. The stories you repeat — “I’m fine,” “I’m over it,” “It made me stronger” — aren’t just words. They’re bars. Reinforcements. Rewind loops keeping you inside the same emotional container — never fully free, just better at managing your pain. Continuing to believe that your story doesn’t need to be explored because it wasn’t “bad enough”… is exactly why you’re still exhausted from holding it all together. Why joy feels fleeting. Why deep intimacy keeps slipping through your fingers. The work I do isn’t about reliving your past. It’s about releasing the unconscious loyalties still driving your present. It’s about unbinding you from the language that has kept your truth suppressed and your nervous system loyal to pain you never chose. Systemic trauma isn’t always loud. It shows up in quiet places: 🧬 In the pause before you speak your truth. 🧬 In the need to apologize for taking up space. 🧬 In the smile that hides the ache. 🧬 In the same sentence you’ve told yourself for years: “I’m fine. This is just how I am.” But what if it isn’t? What if you’re not meant to keep managing it… But to finally release it — from your lineage, your body, your story? You don’t need to be in crisis to choose freedom. You just need to recognize when your own words have become a cage. And if this stirs something inside you — that something is your truth, ready to rise. πŸ•―️πŸ¦‹πŸ—️ Believe Breathe Transform. Collitalks Love and soul hugs

Liberating Your System

If you’ve tried to move forward by staying in your head… you were probably following a pattern that was never yours to begin with. ✨ You’ve done the reading. ✨ You’ve talked it through. ✨ You’ve journaled your heart out. ✨ You’ve tried to “understand” your way into change. But understanding isn’t transformation. And insight isn’t embodiment. Most people don’t realize this: The loop they’re stuck in isn’t because they’re doing something wrong — It’s because their system is loyal to something unseen. Something inherited. Something unspoken. Real change doesn’t happen in your head. It happens when you return to the body. To the places inside you that were silenced, excluded, or forgotten — not because you failed, but because your system was protecting what no one else knew how to hold. In my work — we don’t fix. We reconnect. We reorder the system. We reclaim what has always belonged to you. And when that happens… You don’t just shift your life — You shift the field for everyone who came before you and everyone who will come after. πŸ•―️ You were never broken. You were carrying too much, for too long, on behalf of too many. It’s time to return what isn’t yours and walk forward in the truth of who you really are.

The Ones Who Win Are the Ones Who Are Ready to Lose Who They Thought They Were

A key trait all my most powerful clients have is this: They are willing to lose who they thought they were. They’re not here for surface-level fixes. They don’t want a shiny mindset shift, a nervous system hack, or a productivity high. They want to go into the bones of the pattern — and listen. They understand that the pain they carry is not just theirs. It belongs to a lineage. To the women who were silenced. To the ones who carried what they weren’t allowed to speak of. To the parts of themselves that were buried under roles, rules, religion, and survival. ✨ They don’t need convincing. ✨ They don’t need a “guarantee.” ✨ They feel the pull because they know there is something ancient asking to be seen through them. And when we meet — in constellation, in field, in story, in somatic truth — they are willing to feel what was never felt. Not because it’s easy. But because it’s time. They’re not asking, “How fast can I be healed?” They’re asking, “How deep can I go into what’s real, so I don’t pass this on?” They come to me when the old ways no longer work. When the loop is loud. When their body is whispering what their mind can no longer override. And together, we do the work that sets not just them — but their entire bloodline — free. Because the ones who find me… Are ready to remember. πŸ•―️🌿🧬

How I Freed Myself From a Toxic Relationship — and the 5 Steps That Made It Possible

How I Freed Myself From a Toxic Relationship — and the 5 Steps That Made It Possible Years ago, I was entangled in a toxic relationship that was slowly eroding my soul. On the outside, it looked “functional.” On the inside, I was shrinking. I stayed far longer than I should have — not because I didn’t know better, but because of what I couldn’t see: Ancestral loyalty. Systemic trauma. The part of me that believed love meant abandonment of self. This is how I found my way back — not just to safety, but to truth. And it’s the same path I now guide clients through: πŸͺž Step 1: I stopped trying to “fix” the relationship — and got honest about my entanglement. I had to see that staying wasn’t just about fear — it was about loyalty to women in my lineage who also silenced themselves to survive. Once I named that, everything started shifting. πŸ•―️ Step 2: I acknowledged the deeper trauma pattern. Through Family Constellation work, I saw how my nervous system was replaying an old script: “If I can just love them enough, I’ll finally be safe.” That wasn’t love. That was survival. 🧬 Step 3: I worked with my body, not just my mind. Through Specialized Kinesiology, yoga, I mapped the way my body was holding the betrayal, grief, and self-abandonment. I didn’t talk my way out — I released it through my cells. 🐚 Step 4: I included the exiled parts of myself — the ones I had judged and left behind. The part of me that stayed. The part of me that raged. The part of me that begged for breadcrumbs. I brought them in, not out. And I wept. πŸ”₯ Step 5: I re-chose my life. Not as a performance. Not to prove anything. But as an act of devotion to the woman I truly am — and the work I came here to do. That relationship didn’t define me. But it did initiate me. Why does this matter to you? Because maybe you’re stuck in a loop that’s deeper than logic. Because maybe your trauma isn’t just yours. And because no amount of mindset work will free you from a soul-level bind. The process I walked through is the same one I now guide others through in my practitioner training and 1:1 work: πŸ’  Systemic clarity πŸ’  Somatic release πŸ’  Soul reclamation If this speaks to something buried inside you — I see you. And I’m here to walk with you to the other side. You don’t have to stay where it hurts. You can choose something different. And you don’t have to do it alone. πŸ•Š️
