My blog celebrates the life journeys of us as women and is intended to inspire female readers to take a leap of faith---to courageously and deliberately seek personal transformation as we move through the various stages of our lives. As Women we constantly desire to know how to develop deep, juicy spiritual, emotional and physical lives throughout our whole lifespan.

The Wisdom of a Street Dog: From Survival to Sovereignty.
A lot of you reached out about my post on the "Pack-Mule" life. You asked: Why am I so exhausted even when I’m doing everything right?
I found the answer this week in the life—and the passing—of our dog, Becky.
Becky was a rescue who survived things most of us can’t imagine. She survived years on the streets. Later in life, she survived being mauled by neighbor dogs. And in her final moments, even after being struck by a reckless driver while running toward home, she never lost her frequency.
Becky was the ultimate survivor, but she wasn’t a "Pack-Mule." She was always loving, always sweet, and profoundly grateful. Most importantly, she taught me how to Ask. Despite everything she’d been through, she was never afraid to ask for what she wanted—for food, for hydration, for love. She never "clenched" her needs to prove she was worthy of them.
Most women haven't learned that lesson yet.
In my work with the Mother-Womb Line, I see so many brilliant women who unconsciously "clinch" their lives, their health, and their money. You feel a hidden loyalty to the struggle of the women who came before you.
If your mother was "frozen" in survival, your body thinks ease is a betrayal. So you become "The Glue" for everyone else to prove you are still part of the family. You become the one who fixes, the one who rescues, and the one who never asks for her own "soup."
But being the glue is expensive. It costs you your Nectar. It costs you your bank account. And it costs you your joy.
Becky showed me that you can survive the "trucks" and the "streets" of life without losing your right to be a Receiver.
I am traveling for the next while to finalize the "Unassailable" map for those of you ready to stop being "useful" and start being Sovereign. It is time to stop "clinching" against the ghost of the old struggle and start asking for what you truly want.
The Thaw is not a luxury. It is your Arrival.
